Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. To process an order cancellation, kindly send your request to support@badgeskins.com within the initial 3 days of placing the order to receive a full refund. After this initial period, we offer an additional 4 day window for cancellations with a 25% restocking fee. Please be aware that once this designated cancellation timeframe has concluded, processing your request will not be possible. 

Due to the nature of our vinyl-related products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please ensure that you purchase the correct products which correspond to your vehicles model year and trim. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your package upon receival for any damage, defective, or missing items from your order. If any of the previously mentioned arises, please contact us at support@badgeskins.com attaching photographic evidence of both the received package and the items. This will enable our team to conduct a thorough analysis.

Shipping & Transit Times

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 1-2 weeks from the date your order was placed. Please note that some carriers encounter delays in transit. To receive further updates on the status of your package please contact the shipping company directly. In the suspicion of any lost shipments please let us know ASAP so our team have ample time to file a claim to the shipping carrier. Failure to do so may require additional charges to receive your order. 

Badgeskins items are all made 100% in Canada and now due to the suspension of the de minimis exemption, customers located in the United States are subject to receiving the country's import fees, duty, taxes and tariffs. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not accountable if you incur customs fees.

In the event of any missing items or if an order arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below:

  • Immediately contact us at support@badgeskins.com
  • Attach photographic evidence of both the received package and the items
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)

If these steps are not followed, your package may be denied claim to our guarantees and a refund.
